Terms and Conditions
The conditions set forth herein shall govern all bookings and purchases of Products sold by MYLOVEITALY s.r.l. through the website www.myloveitaly.com and www.civitavecchiaexcursion.com To purchase the Products sold on www.myloveitaly.com and on www.civitavecchiaexcursion.com you must agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Customer: means the ultimate purchaser.
Product/s: indicates the services of travel, such as a tours, guided tours, excursions, experiences transfers, hotels, ticket services and other tourist services purchased on the Web Portal www.myloveitaly.com and www.civitavecchiaexcursion.com
Company: indicates MYLOVEITALY, with its headquarters in Rome Via Nomentana 341 00162 REA RM – 1531860, CF/VAT Number. 14573351005.
Supplier/s: indicates the Supplier/s of/tourist services forming the Product.
Voucher: means the document issued providing proof of purchase and payment of the Product/s.
Meeting Point: indicates the meeting place from where the tour or service purchased will start from.
Protection of personal data
The Company undertakes to treat Customer data in accordance with the 2003 Law 196 (Data Protection Act), and any other relevant legislative provision. The data will be used exclusively for communications concerning the activities of the portal www.myloveitaly.com and www.civitavecchiaexcursion.com , in respect of the full protection of the rights and privacy of those concerned, excluding the sale to third parties. The data relating to the payment by credit card will be deposited and dealt with by competent banking institutions who will handle it according to criteria of security and confidentiality.
Disputes: In case of any problems or complaints that cannot be resolved between client and travel agency disputes should be referred to the court of Rome. The following conditions are governed by Italian law. The Forum of Rome, Italy, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these conditions. Nevertheless, MYLOVEITALY s.r.l., reserves, if it deems it necessary, to institute legal proceedings before courts in countries or cities other than Italy or Rome to protect its interests or to enforce its rights.
Reservation and Confirmation: All services are subject to availability and acceptance of the booking has to be confirmed by MYLOVEITALY TRAVEL&EXPERIENCES . For some tours you will be asked for credit card information to hold and guarantee the service.
Rates: All rates include VAT taxes and are set by MYLOVEITALY TRAVEL&EXPERIENCES on the basis of the cost at the time of printing, therefore rates can be varied any time by the agency, in the event of changes in carriers and service costs. If for any reason the price is not correct the team of MYLOVEITALY TRAVEL&EXPERIENCES will contact you for authorization.
Transaction Security: All transactions occur through a Secure Server.
Payments: Payment must be done at the time of booking. For some tours you will be asked for credit card information to hold and guarantee the service. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Cancellation Charges: Bookings to be confirmed: Cancellations of bookings awaiting confirmation are not subject to any penalty. Cancellation of reservations before payment: Reservations cancelled before payment are not subject to any penalty. Cancellation of reservations after payment: All the excursions by high speed train are non refundable and no changes can be made. All the others tours cancelled without prior notice are subject to the following cancellation fee:
- A week before service: 10% of the total cost
- 5 days before service: 30% of the total cost
- 72 hours before service: 50% of the total cost
- Less than 48 hours before service: 100% of total cost
- No-show: 100% charge
Any refund of the reservation can only be made on the same credit card with which you made the payment. Refunds will be made in the currency in which the booking has been paid (€). The cancellation policies shown above are valid for all bookings related to tours & activities, transfers, Basilica and services related there to made on the Web Portal unless otherwise specified, such as for special rates non-refundable, high season period, special events or exhibitions. Liability: Travel Agent is not responsible for loss of any valuables left in the vehicle by the customer, nor for any damages caused by third parties to personal items during the tour. Travel Agent cannot be held responsible for any partial or complete closure of Museums, Churches, monuments etc. Travel Agent cannot be accountable for delays, irregularities or any damages caused by third parties or forces beyond its control.
Complaints: All complaints need to be submitted in writing within 24 hours after the end of the tour. Travel Agency will not reply to complaints received 24 hours after the end of the tours.
Changes of Booking: For matters beyond its control or for operational reasons the Travel Agency can modify at any time or substitute alternative services for similar type and quality.
Changes to Products: If, following the purchase, the Customer wants to change the Product/s you can contact Customer Support by using the form ‘Contact Us’ on the Web Portal or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org . The Company will make every reasonable effort to meet the request of change by the Customer, but cannot guarantee that these changes will be made.
Special Offers and Restrictions: Special offers are subject to availability. Any restrictions are indicated in the detail of the offer on the Web Portal.
Pick up service/meeting point: Clients requesting hotel pick-up need to be in hotel lobby on time waiting for our representative. The clients will then be driven to the meeting point for departure. Should there be unforeseen traffic conditions, there may be possible pick-up delay; should this occur we ask clients to wait patiently in the hotel lobby. Clients who prefer to reach the meeting point need to be there at least 15 minutes prior the departure time. No refund will be given to clients who miss the tour because they where not on time. No reimbursement will be given to clients who lose contact with the tour guide during the tour or who do not complete the tour.
